Randolph J. Hayes, D.M.D, M.S.
Dr. Randy Hayes obtained his Bachelor’s degree from Tulane University, and his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry at Birmingham Medical Center, where he also completed his orthodontic residency and received a Master’s degree. He completed a hospital/ general practice residency at the VA Medical Center in New Orleans.
Dr. Hayes established his private practice in Ponte Vedra Beach in 1990, and opened an additional office in the West Beaches/East Arlington area in the fall of 1993.
Dr. Hayes has done extensive research and has been published in the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. He is also a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, the Southern Association of Orthodontists, the Florida Dental Association and the Florida Association of Orthodontists. He supports and participates in numerous community and charitable organizations.
Away from the office, Dr. Hayes enjoys spending time with family and friends and outdoor activities, including golf, tennis, boating and travel. He also spends much of his time attending his children’s’ numerous sporting events.
Kevin O'Shaughnessy, D.M.D., M.S.
After earning an undergraduate degree from The College of William & Mary, Dr. O’Shaughnessy went on to study dentistry at the University of Florida where he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree. He then completed his specialty training along with a Master of Science at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
He missed the Florida weather so much that he moved back right after graduation! He has been practicing orthodontics in the Jacksonville area since 2007.
